The End is in sight

My recovery is going well. My incision is healing, but is not going to be a small scar.

The best news that I got at my appointment with Dr. Stephenson: NO CHEMOTHERAPY!!!
That was the best news that I have had in a long time.

The option of getting back to normal life is there. I am beginning to mold into a different person. The cancer changes people. Its strange the effect that it has. Every person's character will dictate their recovery. Perhaps if I didn't have a wife or family close or a child soon my recovery or reaction would be different.

Another good side note, Dr. Stephenson is a Surgical Oncologist. That means that I will have less doctors to deal with. Thats what I wanted. Less people to poke me and try to remember what they said the last time that we met.

Less than a month until my little girl gets here. :)
